Today the NATIONAL ENQUIRER leaked a portion of an upcoming US WEEKLY expose - to be published tomorrow - on Tiger Woods‘ alleged relationship with Rachel Uchitel:

According to their new story “Tiger and Rachel have been intimate for about six months,” a source was quoted as saying by US. Brian Cashman rarely reveals more than is necessary. As the general manager of the Yankees he faces the media frequently, but he never gives away too much. Instead, he speaks in a rehearsed, collected manner that is alternately comforting and frustrating. Comforting when the team is winning and we’re all happy. Reports Mets pick Dave Jauss as bench coach...

Early reports are indicating that the Mets have selected Dave Jauss as their bench coach. Jauss was selected over several others prospects who were former major league managers. It's unknown whether those perspective coaches declined the position due to the tentative nature of the managers position or whether management didn't want to undermine Jerry Manuel.

Mangino On The Brink Of Being Fired By Kansas

Earlier today, we got word that some KU football players, past and present, were meeting with Kansas Athletic Director Lew Perkins to discuss the coaching methods of Mark Mangino.

World Cup Qualification: Eight Spots Remain
